As the Operations and Insights Manager for YouTube Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing creator communications operations, as well as leading insights and measurement for the APAC region. In this role, you will partner with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams to develop best practices and contribute to internal team operational processes, including work-streams such as forecasting and localization.
You will coordinate across multiple languages and teams across the region, and will be working closely with the regional and country teams to consistently optimize our campaigns. Tracking the performance of our scaled communication marketing campaigns will be crucial in helping to clarify what's working, and how we can continually improve our marketing execution locally, and regionally. You will also measure and optimize communication performance across channels, campaigns languages and countries, and be accountable for designing experiments and optimizing for existing and new communication channels based on research and insights.
You will oversee goal setting, tracking, and measurement of programs and campaigns, and increase efficiency and efficacy; drawing out gaps and opportunities to provide a scalable feedback loop on what resonates, and what doesn't. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with YouTube and Google employees of all levels.
