Market Responsibility Specialist, Trust & Safety (Portuguese)

As a YouTube Market Responsibility Specialist supporting Brazil, you will be responsible for ensuring that we grow our knowledge of trends and risks emerging from Brazil on YouTube. You will proactively monitor trends and intelligence sources, help launch product features with market and language knowledge, and ensure our enforcement guidelines are informed by Brazil market knowledge.

The role involves sensitive escalation management for Brazil content and working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment in applying policy principles and addressing brand risk. You will work cross-functionally across Trust & Safety teams including rapid response, policy development, policy verticals, scaled abuse, monetization, product, infrastructure and programs, and global scaled operations to operationalize, enforce, and communicate policies that keep customers safe and minimize risk to the platform. You will think through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g., child safety, violent extremism, hate/harassment, harmful/dangerous, misinformation, or adult) while developing workflows that are consistent and resilient. This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content during team escalations in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
