The Partnerships Enablement team is responsible for empowering Partnerships to deliver the best services and solutions so that our partners succeed on YouTube. As a Manager, you will use business acumen and product knowledge to develop and manage these solutions. Your knowledge of relevant verticals, coupled with an analytical skill set, will help shape the strategies and programs we bring to market across our Media Companies verticals.
YouTube's ecosystem is constantly growing and evolving, and it is important to deploy resources efficiently to best serve YouTube's advertisers, creators, and users globally. As a Manager on the team, you will focus on assessing strategic initiatives, coordinating business planning, and driving actionable insights. You will be responsible for understanding the needs and identifying key drivers across YouTube's TV, Film, and Sports partner bases and making sense of the vast amounts of data at YouTube. In this role you will be responsible for providing quantitative and analytical insight to support the key strategic and operational priorities of our Media Companies verticals including our TV, Film, and Sports verticals. You will work with, and manage, a cross-functional group of stakeholders from YouTube's Content, Strategy, Product, Marketing, Policy, and Legal teams.
