Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the YouTube Global Operations team is dedicated to ensuring that YouTube can scale its growth. The team is comprised of sub-teams including: Partner Development across Americas, EMEA and APAC, GTM (Go to Market) & Support Solutions, Partnerships Enablement, Global Scaled Operations, Media & Platform Operations, and Business Technology.

YouTube is launching an entirely new short-form video experience (''Shorts'') on YouTube for both creators to create and share videos and for viewers to enjoy them. The mission of the Shorts business team is to scalably grow a healthy, thriving ecosystem of Shorts creators globally. This Shorts business team reports into the GTM & Support Solutions team, and this role reports to the Director, Shorts Operations and Partnerships.

As Manager of Community Partner Management, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and lead a new model of engaging at scale with our Shorts creators. As a Community Partner Manager, you will be responsible for YouTube's Shorts engagement model.This new team of Shorts Community Partner Managers will inform, educate, and engage our emerging Shorts creator communities across our major language markets.
