Job Description
The YouTube Business Go-to-Market (GTM) team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Own internal and external executive-level presentations, including product reviews and partner strategy/agreement approval forums. Bring a sense of narrative and slide design to ensure materials are polished and effective for discussions and driving decision-making.
• Act as a thought partner for team leadership about ecosystem dynamics and evolution, helping to structure strategies and partnership approaches based on industry analysis and technical innovations (e.g., 5G deployment, fixed wireless access).
• Drive the annual planning and global/regional objectives and key results processes in close collaboration with YTPP and cross-functional leadership.
• Lead critical strategic and operational projects based on emergent business needs. Participate in early discussions on behalf of the business (including with cross-functional teams) to scope new projects.
• Identify problems and issues across organizations, create programs and processes to solve them, and influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: management consulting, investment banking, business operations, business development/partnerships, or corporate strategy at a technology/media/telecommunications company

Preferred qualifications:
• MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
• Experience with strategic projects, cross-functional stakeholder management, and project management, including the ability to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Interest in business development and strategic partnerships and understanding of the technology/media/telecom industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including deck-building skills, and the ability to communicate across multiple levels, including cross-functional peers and executive leadership.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to take initiative and navigate ambiguity.
• Distinctive problem solving skills (e.g., spreadsheets/modeling, SQL) with sound business judgment.
