As a Manager for YouTube Partner Operations in EMEA, you'll be a people-centric leader with a passion for growing your teams. Your team will be responsible for providing product and operational support to YouTube's biggest content partners in EMEA. You'l drive increased partner happiness and growth in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and challenges. You will be a key decision-maker in the EMEA strategy of the Partner Operations team, driving through change and process improvements. Additionally, you will create and participate in internal and external events actively advocating for the impact and value of Partner Operations.
