Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Along with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant businesses and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce.

As a Publishing Music-focused member of the Latin America Content Partnerships team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of established YouTube publishers and collection society partners along more established songwriters under Majors and Indie Publishers companies. Your role will be both external and internal with many cross-functional initiatives.

The position balances business and strategic development for songwriters, publishers and collection societies. You work on existing partnerships, optimize partner channels and identify potential opportunities. You cultivate your partner relationships to make sure they can take full advantage of YouTube and Google's ever-growing suite of offerings. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve agreements, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products, and programs.

At the same time, you will also keep your Google and YouTube teammates up to speed on the complex and evolving music publishing business landscape to ensure that our products and practices continue to lead and support the market.
