Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a Manager for Content Partnerships with YouTube, you will have the opportunity to create and manage long-lasting relationship with our partners and creators, industry key players, and various internal cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, communications, and policy. You will be the key person who helps Chinese content in Greater China travel globally, and more specifically supports the content partners and creators to succeed on YouTube.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with partners in Greater China, and develop dynamic business models with opportunities.
• Grow strategic partnerships with partners and foster the content ecosystem.
• Discuss agreements with partners, and build and execute growth strategies.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and grow the digital video ecosystem in the market globally.
• Resolve business issues with partners in a timely and effective manner, and analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in client, account, or partner management and/or development.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in project management and sales.
• Experience with broadcasting networks, creators, and media service platforms.
• Understanding of the online business and the media industry, with strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues.
• Enthusiastic about video content and content creators/partners, with excellent communication skills.
