Job Description

As the Logistics and Fulfillment Head, leading the Logistics team, you will have the responsibility of the fulfillment experience for customers, as well as owning the Profit and Loss of the Logistics and Fulfillment Industry. You will also be owning all strategic partnerships with third-party logistics partners and other fulfillment and technology vendors that are a critical part of the supply chain. You will help the leadership team build business plans, deliver industry insights and best practices, and identify new opportunities to improve operations.

Resonsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute long-term strategic plan to improve customers' fulfillment experience and bring down fulfillment costs
• Initiate, own, manage and nurture relationships with third-party couriers and other fulfillment and technology partners
• Own of all fulfillment metrics (e.g., shipping and delivery timelines, SLA adherence, customer returns % (DTO) and experience, undelivered return % (RTO), fulfillment and return costs etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with Product teams to conceptualize and build features required to improve customer experience, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with Category and Finance teams to continuously improve unit economics, and manage and grow a team of logistics managers, business analyst, and third-party operations executives

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in the logistics, supply chain, operations, fulfillment, e-commerce, and/or related tech start-ups

Preferred qualifications:
• MBA
• Experience working with C-level executives, and the ability to work on large and complex datasets
• Ability to work in a changing and ambiguous environment, with an entrepreneurial approach
• Excellent communication, team management, and networking skills, and the ability to work across various business functions, and influence different stakeholders
• Analytical and complex problem-solving skills, coupled with effective business acumen
• Solid organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
