Instructional Designer

Job Description

We help users get the most out of YouTube through engaging and informative content. A diverse collection of content creators, we cover everything from videos on the latest features to micro-learning courses on optimizing your channel to the source of truth for YouTube's policies.

As an Instructional Designer for YouTube, you'll collaborate with Product Specialists, Marketing, UX, Content Strategists, and subject matter experts to design and produce engaging and innovative e-learning content. In this role, you will contribute to all aspects of building educational content for Creators, including the analysis, design, and development. You'll work independently to drive cross-functional projects and ensure all content meets YouTube's highest standards.

You'll be an out-of-the-box thinker who is committed to reimagining curriculum. You'll be passionate about understanding Creators on YouTube and delivering content that is crafted for them and in the ways they like to learn. You'll be dedicated to creating the best educational experience possible through the design, development, and implementation of effective learning programs.
