Communication Insights & Optimization Lead

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a key leader for YouTube Core, Kids and Responsibility Marketing team, you'll lead product marketing and go-to-market strategies for core YouTube experiences. You'll lead the strategy and drive consumer product marketing work developing insights and value propositions, and influencing the product roadmap. You'll build a compelling vision and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
As a Group Product Marketing Manager leading a vertical within our core product experience at YouTube, you'll set the research agenda, develop and drive strategy and oversee all product marketing activities to help YouTube be the most enjoyed, trusted and valued public video platform. You will partner closely with the Product team representing our users and influencing our product roadmap through insights and data. You will craft product narratives for users, partners, and other key external stakeholders.
