As the Global Campaign Analytics Manager for Global YouTube Marketing, you will understand the incremental impact of YouTube's marketing across all supported products and verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple measurement methodologies across several products and verticals, and identifying and developing new methodologies. You will manage and review all of YouTube Marketing's campaign measurement practices, and extract actionable insights that will shape marketing to better resonate with YouTube's audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,000-$276,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Define campaign analytics, measurement methodologies, and the roadmap to develop new capabilities for the organization. Work with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines, experiments, and other functions needed for measurement purposes.
• Develop insights and provide recommendations about marketing performance and impact across marketing channels - paid, owned and earned, with a multi-channel lens.
• Frame and translate business questions into appropriate analytical studies and understand their incremental impact.
• Be a trusted advisor and thought leader to key stakeholders outside of marketing and marketing executives. Collaborate and gain cross-functional alignment across teams, regions, departments, and executives on measurement strategies and methodologies.
• Manage agency relationships, vendors, and direct reports. Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role, aligned to broader organization goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• 13 years of experience in client side media/marketing analytics
• Experience leading multi-country and multi-channel analytics programs
• Experience with people leadership and management
• Experience with media measurement methodologies, such as marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution logic, and brand lift studies

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with social platform analytics and monitoring
• Experience with the tech industry and tech products
• Ability to link insights to strategy and translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive communications
• Proactive and flexible, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
• Demonstrated skills in project management, stakeholder management, and process flow
• Adept at building collaborative relationships with a variety of teams, job functions, and executives
