Job Description

The YouTube Partnership Enablement Team is focused on providing comprehensive support and solutions to our internal Content Partnerships team with the ultimate goal of facilitating the success of our content partners on the platform.

The Partnership Enablement function focuses on two broad areas: the Solutions team, who are responsible for devising the strategies, supporting analyses and insights, materials and program management, and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team who are responsible for operationalizing our strategies and activities. The GTM function seeks to support the Content Partnerships team by focusing on portfolio development priorities and account assignment to help our partners grow.

As a Go-To-Market Lead, you will work closely with the Central GTM team, Product Specialists, and Regional Content Partnerships teams to develop a detailed understanding of our partner ecosystem in order to increase our organizational effectiveness overtime. You will lead the Partnerships' goal-setting, tracking and reporting processes. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams.
