The Music Solutions team accelerates YouTube's Music businesses with stellar technology strategies, operations, and partner support, making data exchange seamless and scaling critical business processes. Our team of Partner Technology Managers, Solutions Consultants, Product Specialists, and Program Managers supports YouTube Music and Google Play Music, providing technical solutions and support for our top music partners - including artists, labels, and publishers around the globe.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Execute quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights including: product/program data analysis, agreement or business scenario analyses and agreement support.
• Help frame the opportunity for music agreements and understand the right levers to execute.
• Prepare effective presentations that clearly communicate and map out the implications of thematic trends across agreements vs. individual negotiations. Think through the sequencing and implications to the overall negotiation strategy.
• Coordinate and track progress on key programs, work streams and team-wide annual and quarterly objectives.
• Partner with global, cross-functional teams to develop and execute Music initiatives (e.g., annual strategy, agreement execution, performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• 6 years of experience in roles such as management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams and project managing.
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA or Master's degree.
• Excellent spreadsheet modeling (complex agreement structures, detailed scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizings, etc.) and presentation skills (independently owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to audiences).
