YouTube is the leading video platform and people come to YouTube and turn to video for a number of reasons, one of which is learning new skills. This trend has grown during the pandemic as people have worked at home, schooled at home and adapted their lives to quarantine. In fact, videos with the word ''beginner'' in the title have been viewed more than a billion times since mid-March.

Learning in-demand professional skills can be life-changing, and YouTube is aiming high in our efforts. We've recently set a new goal (https://blog.youtube/inside-youtube/letter-from-susan-our-2021-priorities/) to double the number of users who engage with educational content on YouTube.

As the PM Director of Learning your job would be to set and execute upon the strategy to achieve this goal. This would involve product changes to both our view and creator facing systems. You would work closely with our engineering, UX and content teams, as well as Google's learning and education team.
