Director, Data Science

Job Description

As the Data Science Director, you'll lead a group of data scientists focused on improving the recommendations across YouTube's feed surfaces. These improvements are focused and measured from the perspectives of model quality, human evaluation, and responsibility, all of which is under the domain of the Discovery team. You will inspire and provide technical guidance to a team of quantitative analysts that you will manage directly. You will also own collaboration with senior ML engineering and product stakeholders focused on YouTube's discovery experiences.
