The YouTube and Video team helps budding filmmakers and musicians build careers, creates products like Google TV and YouTube Live and runs collaborative projects like Life in a Day and the YouTube Symphony Orchestra. As a Digital Operations Manager for YouTube Originals, you are a proven operations leader with a passion for shaping the future of Original programming. You will utilize your deep video technology experience, industry knowledge and existing relationships to advance YouTube's overall Originals strategy. You will collaborate with many cross-functional teams - both internally and externally - to drive and execute premium live events. You will be responsible for solving complex operational challenges for some of YouTube's top partners and shows.

In this role, you will be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, diligently planning and tracking progress of key milestones. You will be comfortable managing the unpredictable and ambiguous nature of live events -- anticipating roadblocks well in advance, communicating effectively in stressful situations, and escalating critical issues in a timely manner.
