Job Description

As a Digital Operations Manager for YouTube Live Sports, you are an operations leader with a passion for shaping the future of live sports broadcasting. You will utilize your deep video technology experience, industry knowledge and existing relationships to advance YouTube's overall Sports strategy. You will collaborate with many cross-functional teams - both internally and externally - to drive and execute premium live events. You will be responsible for solving complex operational challenges for some of YouTube's sports partners and leagues.

In this role, you will be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, diligently planning and tracking progress of key milestones. You will be comfortable managing the unpredictable and ambiguous nature of live events -- anticipating roadblocks well in advance, communicating effectively in situations, and escalating critical issues in a timely manner.
