Crisis Response Senior Manager, Trust and Safety

As a Crisis Response Senior Manager on YouTube's Rapid Response team within Trust and Safety, you will be responsible for managing complex and evolving content moderation escalations from end-to-end. You'll be involved in sensitive escalation management involving high priority cases, and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment in applying policy enforcement guidelines and addressing brand risk.

You will work cross-functionally and become an expert across our policy enforcement guidelines and collaborate with Policy Development, Policy Enforcement Verticals (Hate & Harassment, Harmful & Dangerous, Adult & Graphic, Child Safety), Scaled Abuse, Product, Infrastructure and Programs, and Global Scaled Operations to operationalize, enforce, and communicate policies that keep users safe and minimize brand risk to the platform.

You will think through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas and lead enforcement decisions that require excellent judgment, analytical skills, and an ability to work through nuance to arrive at the right outcome. You will also leverage your analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements in process and technology at scale.
