simsim is a growing organization that YouTube recently acquired, a video-first e-commerce platform that connects sellers and manufacturers with creators and consumers. We are building an e-commerce platform keeping in mind the shopping behavior of the India-based consumer. simsim uses a unique combination of content and commerce to help customers discover the right products for themselves.

You will be part of the leadership team at simsim, and in particular focus on the creator community and content on the platform. Your role would be to carve out the strategic roadmap and corresponding plan to enable shopping on the platform through the creator community. This will require developing a deep understanding how the combination of creators, content, products and tools would better help engage and guide the consumers through their shopping journey. In addition, you would also need to think of ways to better support and develop the creator network and make them successful in their journey. This is a critical role within simsim, and would require you to lead one of our core business teams.
