The Product & Partner Go-To-Market (PPG) team launches and lands new products, policies, and content strategies that make YouTube the world's top destination for video. Our team of expert Product Specialists provides a unified voice for Product across several other key teams - including Surfaces & Apps, Content Creation & Engagement, Monetization, and Rights & Content Management - as well as the Partnership Enablement team, which brings product, policy, and content strategies to market via all the partner-facing teams across Google's business.
As a Content Insights Specialist, you will guide creators through YouTube's policies. In this role, you will work across policy and operations teams to seamlessly coordinate the day to day workflows around videos submitted by creators for review with content reviewers across Search and Discovery (S&D), Trust and Safety (T&S) and Ads. You will summarize the policy and content feedback for partner facing teams to deliver to creators. You will be responsible for debugging complex performance issues, identifying policy and guideline gaps, and identifying conflicts across existing policies and guidelines to inform improvements.
You'll be organized, curious, and will identify, analyze, and interpret trends and derive interesting insights and learnings.
