The Global Creator Marketing team focuses on making YouTube the best place for Youtube Creators by celebrating, supporting, and inspiring the world's most eclectic creative partner ecosystem. A core part of our job is to communicate with creators at scale, sending them the most relevant messages in a timely, personalized way.
As a Communication Insights & Optimization Lead, you will be shaping the strategy of scaled communications for Youtube creators around the world. You'll balance a disciplined data-driven approach through collaboration and a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate will feel equally comfortable managing martech platforms, analyzing campaign performance, making strategic judgements, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to improve our communications which reach tens of millions of YouTube Creators across all corners of the globe.
