Job Description
The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

In this role, you will deliver analytics work within the Americas Strategy and Operations team. You will work closely with the business operations, segment go-to-market and product activation functions to solve business, financial, and strategic problems. You will also partner closely with the AMER Partnerships leadership team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Lead investigative projects and build models (e.g., simulation, modeling impact, test hypotheses, etc.).
• Build, develop insight through analyses, and help teams build perspectives on business issues.
• Research new ways of analyzing data to unlock actionable insights.
• Analyze business problems to transform them into quantitative frameworks and communicate findings to a varied audience of technical and business leaders.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in analysis, modeling, SQL, and presentation development.
• Experience in managing projects.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in experimental design, execution, and measurement.
• Experience in training cross-functional team.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using SQL.
• Ability to improve internal reporting and self-service dashboarding tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
