Job Description
The Kids & Family Sr. Marketing Manager will be the canon expert on the kids & family audience segment and genre for Wondery fostering long term relationships with our customers and fueling fandom. The Sr. Marketing Manager for K&F will have a deep understanding of the audience and customer journeys to create holistic slate, show launch and always-on campaigns that drive audience development and engagement while achieving monthly business goals. This role will collaborate closely with Content, Ad Sales, PR, and Franchise teams to launch and grow company-wide properties that further cement Wondery's leadership position in the space.

- Proven ability to connect the dots across multiple business units to resolve issues and build consensus with partner groups.
- Proven ability to earn trust and consistently behave as a collaborative partner in search of finding constructive solutions in ambiguous situations.
- Regularly brings initiatives and deliverables to completion with a high level of accuracy, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency.
- Lead the development and execution of campaigns and plans for the launch of new podcasts developed for and targeting K&F audiences.
- Work closely with the Franchise team to build comprehensive plans that unlock the potential of revenue generation, franchise expansion, and audience development with new and existing content.
- Serve as the point of contact for key content initiatives (new podcasts and episodes, tentpoles, key product launches).
- Collaborate with Content and Production Partners to articulate strategic objectives and guidelines, and enforce adherence company-wide.
- Foster and maintain close relationships with all internal and external partners to bridge communications and facilitate issue resolution between Creative, Marketing, Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, Production teams as it relates to K&F.
- Partner with the Research and Analytics teams to generate actionable insights and a deep understanding of the customers part of the segment.
- Provide transparency on all cross-business IP activities and provide progress updates to business partners and leadership.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market conditions for the segment.

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Knowledge and experience of Kids & Family audiences, and/or media and entertainment marketing experience

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Highly proficient in relationship management and building networks of influence.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
