Wondery's Integrated Marketing team is seeking an Ad Solutions Manager who will help oversee the development of innovative new brand solutions across Wondery, reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing. We are poised at the edge of a new world of audio advertising, and need an organized marketer to help us demonstrate the value of podcasting to our advertising clients. The successful candidate will possess the ability to combine research, industry trends, input from sales and other cross-department experts to develop the most effective materials and ad sponsorships that reinforce Wondery's leadership position in audio.

Key job responsibilities
• Help oversee the RFP pipeline for Wondery sponsorship and branded content opportunities, leading the pre-sale in partnership with internal teams to conceptualize, write, and manage proposals for Wondery shows and marketing tentpoles.
• Serve as post-sale client and internal point of contact to lead campaign execution for custom programs to balance show and client needs and ensure overall campaign success. Influence buy-in from multiple stakeholders, and activate with post-sale teams for seamless execution of projects (including oversight of activation process with client kick off calls, timelines, approvals, recordings, post-production).
• Collaborate with Research and Strategic Marketing teams to include audience and industry insights that can inform new ad solution offerings.
• Design and craft go-to-market materials for new shows that bring to life concepts and solutions in a succinct and exciting way for the Sales team and their advertising clients
• Develop new branded content ad solutions that are authentic to podcasting and satisfy the strategic business needs of our clients, and company.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years years of experience in integrated/ad sales marketing, creative/brand strategy or relevant field
• Experience working in a cross-functional role
• Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel

• Willingness to learn audio-specific performance insights
• Independent decision maker and proven work solving complex problems
• Written, organization, communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and has an editorial eye
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,100/yr in our lowest geographic market up to $ 179,600/yr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
