Job Summary/Description:

WLBT is looking for a dynamic producer with a passion for community, commercial and lifestyle production. The ideal candidate needs to have a highly creative mind and the ability to bring ideas to life on an editor. The candidate should also be a great visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography, and producing.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate all aspects of commercial production, including working with clients, sales staff and agencies, scheduling guests, and producing lifestyle show content
- Write and produce captivating copy targeted to clients needs
- Meet deadlines with clients and staff
- Produce engaging social media and digital content

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Video production experience
- Non-linear editing experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects and/or Edius experience is a must)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred (ability to produce digital and print graphics)
- Experience shooting on a DSLR and/or professional grade video camera
- Ability to write, shoot and edit content that tells a compelling story
- Experience with engaging social media audiences
- FAA Drone Certification a plus
- College degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Marketing or another related field preferred
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
