Job Summary/Description:

WIS Television, the #1 station and award-winning NBC affiliate in South Carolina's capital city is looking for a full-time Marketing Producer to join our Emmy award-winning marketing department. The Marketing Producer will develop and produce creative concepts to support all station advertising, promotion, news image and special projects. This position will fulfill a variety of multimedia functions which include shooting and editing video, writing and conceptualizing creative projects for commercial clients, station promotions and other station projects. Candidates should have a strong eye for layout and design, and truly enjoy creative thinking and visual problem solving.

The Marketing Producer will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Write, Edit, Shoot and Produce commercials for station clients.
- Write, Edit, Shoot and Produce promotions for station branding.
- Work collaboratively with other departments on station projects.
- Engage the public during station events in a professional setting.
-Videography including good audio and lighting skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• A marketing producer at WIS-TV will need at least two years video production experience or equivalent, the proven ability to shoot video with professional cameras, edit using the Adobe Creative Suite, design clean graphics with Adobe Photoshop and be able to write creative, effective commercials and digital content. This candidate will also need to be able to provide specific examples of effective video marketing and specific ways he or she has worked well with a team.
