Creative Services Producer

Job Description

WDKY in Lexington, Kentucky is looking for a Full Time Creative Services Producer. The Creative Services Producer will write, shoot, edit, and design news and station promotions, commercials and sales presentations, and social media content. The producer will work closely with news and sales personnel as well as station clients to research and present scripts. The producer will work closely with the Creative Services Director to develop the look, sound, and style of the brand to distinguish our products and platforms in the market.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Writing and Producing
• Directing, Lighting and Shooting
• Audio and Video Editing
• Graphic Design
• Social Media Posting

Requirements & Skills:
• Video production experience
• Adobe creative suite software experience
• Knowledge of contemporary production styles and techniques
• Valid driver's license

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The Creative Services Producer must be able to stand, sit, reach, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, and work outdoors with various weather conditions and indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Must be able to lift, set up and operate equipment or items weighing up to 25 pounds
