WBOY / NBC / ABC is looking for a SUPERSTAR Creative Services Director to join the team at north central West Virginia's top-rated TV station. The Creative Services Director is responsible for leading and implementing the overall marketing strategy of the station.

Duties:
• Develop, write, produce, and edit compelling on-air promos and image campaigns
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time
• Manages department expenses and works with budget
• Plans, executes, and tracks revenue-generating marketing and promotional events and contests that take place on-air, online, and on-site
• Creates client promotions and promotional proposals with members of the Sales teams
• Manages and schedules daily promotional and public service content to air.

Requirements & Skills:
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred and/or work-related experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Editing capabilities – Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
• Flexible but able to stay on point
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Community oriented mentality
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
