Job Summary/Description:

WBAY TV is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician. Duties include general upkeep and maintenance of the broadcast facility. Keep access entrances/sidewalks clear, HVAC maintenance and general cleanup of facilities used by station personnel.

Maintenance of the facility, including lights, sidewalks, HVAC systems, and plumbing systems. General cleanup of the facility and arranging and working with building contractors on larger projects.
