Job Description
WB Games is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their Analytics team. This role will lead the vision, development, and adoption of analytics solutions that empower marketing teams to make data-driven decisions for game launches, live operations, and player engagement. The Senior Technical Product Manager will own the roadmap for marketing measurement products and champion data-driven strategies across the organization.Your Role Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product strategy for marketing measurement and analytics solutions, including dashboards, attribution models, player segmentation, and media mix modeling (MMM) tailored for gaming.
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launches for new measurement tools and features.
• Translate marketing needs into actionable plans for development teams to build scalable data-driven solutions.
• Work with analysts to onboard new data sets and unlock insights into player behavior, campaign performance, and monetization.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the gaming ad ecosystem.
• Act as a thought leader and serve as a sought-after resource for data strategy, experiment planning, campaign execution, and measurement. Advise marketing teams on interpreting data, applying statistical models, and optimizing campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Centralize and disseminate insights to enable broader understanding and historical benchmarking of marketing effectiveness.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership on campaign ROI and player engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years in product management, business intelligence, or analytics within gaming or a closely related industry.
• Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and performance optimization for games.
• Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and marketing science.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, marketing, game development).
• Excellent communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive adoption across teams.
• Experience with modern data stacks and BI tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field; Master's preferred.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $106,400.00 - $197,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
