Job Description
WB Games is a leader in the games industry across all game platforms and mobile devices. Our diverse and inclusive workforce creates and brings to life the most beloved characters, franchises, heroes, and wizards in the world. We are fans of what we make and proud of what we do. We have studios and offices across the globe.
Role Summary
You're a Producer who turns creative ambition into scalable, measurable outcomes. You lead complex, multi-channel initiatives across brand, UA/ASO, social, and live-ops-bridging creative, marketing, and product. You set the plan, align the teams, manage risk, and deliver work that moves the numbers without sacrificing craft. Reports directly to the Sr. Dir of Creative Operations and Production.
POSITION SUMMARY
What You'll Do
You're a problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they arise, communicates clearly across teams, and knows how to keep creative projects moving forward without compromising quality. You're passionate about games, entertainment, and storytelling, and you bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to every production.
• Own programs, not just projects: Build and drive workstream from brief to delivery across channels.
• Help set operations: Define ways of working, review cadences, and SLAs; streamline intake, approvals, and handoffs across Creative, UA, and Brand.
• Resource & budget leadership: Create resourcing models, forecast capacity, manage vendor scopes, and keep budgets tight while protecting quality.
• Risk management: Anticipate blockers, run decision logs, escalate smartly, and keep leadership aligned with crisp status and fewer surprises.
• Quality & Brand: Ensure assets are on-brand, legally cleared, and technically compliant.
• Launch excellence: Orchestrate end-to-end readiness (deliverables, trafficking, versioning, metadata) for global beats and live-ops moments.
• Mentor & uplift: Coach project managers and coordinators; model calm, clear decision-making in high-pressure environments.
What You'll Bring
• Fluent in creative workflows (concept > production > edit > QA > ship) for video, motion, static.
• Operational rigor: Expert at schedules, dependencies, and change control across workstreams.
• Stakeholder savvy: Clear, direct communicator who aligns creatives, marketers, product, and execs.
• Tools: Experience with project/asset systems (e.g., Asana/Jira, DAMs).
Great Fit Traits
• Systems thinker who sees both the board and the next move.
• Calm under pressure; decisive with incomplete information.
• Collaborative, candid, and solutions-first.
Nice to Have
• Experience leading UA/ASO creative testing at scale.
• Global campaign experience (localization, legal/IP).
