A little bit about our team:

The Talent Producer (temporary coverage for 3 weeks) will be part of the Studio team, and work closely with the creative team, production, post production, and the labels. They will help curate talent for the creative team and production during the RFP pre-sale process, communicate with the labels to curate talent during the pre sale process, negotiate talent contracts with the labels, artists management, and our internal legal team.

Your role:

Your role will be instrumental in determining which talent are included in RFPs, which talent are presented to clients once there is interest in an RFP, help procure talent once an RFP is sold, work with social teams to ensure talent has the copy needed for their social posts, work with post production to ensure talent as all assets they need for social posting, and more.

Here you'll get to:

You will curate talent to participate in leading edge creative campaigns

You will work with the creative team to build client facing talent decks

You will work with production and legal to help build contracts for talent

You will communicate all talent procurement details in real time to multiple teams

You will work with the social team and post production to ensure talent posts appropriately

You will communicate with WMG labels/artists management to align creative campaign objectives with artists interests and schedules

About you:

You are…detail oriented, self starting and independent, a stickler for details, love spread sheets, comfortbale liasing with multiple teams, comfortbale negotiating with management, communicating details across multiple teams, and are comfortbale working quickly on multiple projects at once.

You have…strong project management skills, experience drafting contracts and working with artists and management, 3-5 years of experience in casting, project management and/or talent curation, strong written communication skills

You are passionate about…music, casting, storytelling.

We'd love it if you also had:

Creative writing skills, research experience.
