ADA Worldwide strives to provide independent artists and label partners with access to the resources, relationships and experience required to share their creative vision with a global audience. We honor our diverse history and embrace the future with unwavering passion & ambition.

As the independent sales and marketing arm of Warner Music Group, the ADA Label Management team works closely with distributed artists and label partners to help realize our common goals for promoting music on a global basis while optimizing sales opportunities. The Commerce & Marketing team sits at the center of ADA, collaborating with label management, operations, services, finance, business affairs and the whole of Warner Music Group.

Here you'll get to:
• Translate the company's strategy into a multi-year product and technology vision; set and own the product roadmap and ensure that it is in strategic alignment with business objectives, a best-in-class customer experience, and revenue goals.
• Partner and collaborate with IT teams to plan and deliver on development of all software and technology to support client needs and business objectives; independently drive development projects as necessary, while ensuring that all efforts remain aligned with WMG IT architectures and processes and are designed to interoperate where appropriate.
• Perform regular market research and analyze the competitive landscape to proactively address competitive threats, inform the product roadmap and anticipate market trends and evolving client needs.
• Attract, motivate, and lead a diverse, high-performing product and technology organization, focused on leveraging ADA's user-focused client needs as a key proxy to broader WMG business functions.
• Establish a product culture and best practices to unlock higher-value innovation versus continued optimization and small improvements. Identify and develop new products and services that will engage and attract clients, with the goal of continuing and expanding competitive advantage and further developing and delivering a market-leading offering.
• Prioritize competing opportunities, balance market needs with business goals, drive detailed trade-offs over the product life cycle; manage conflict and articulate the rationale behind product decisions. Estimate costs and timelines and manage budgets as appropriate.
• Engage and communicate effectively with every user group (clients, internal users/stakeholders) and create strong feedback cycles in the product development process by establishing a customer-centric value system within the organization.
• Establish a highly data-driven development mindset, driving the adoption of clear metrics and KPIs to ensure broad alignment across the entire business towards shared outcomes.
• Identify and advise on technology M&A opportunities and perform due diligence as necessary.

About you:
• Deep experience with music industry products and technology, including supply chain services across all segments of the market (majors, independents, DIY).
• Demonstrable success building, leading, motivating, and developing product and technology teams.
• Knowledge and experience with modern software product development technologies and principles.
• Proven track record of delivering results and impact through innovative client-facing products.
• Strong business, technical and design acumen along with a deep strategic mindset; leverage analytical skills and experience to inform decisions based on hard and soft data.
• Successful software development process transformation within enterprise environments to enable more iterative and rapid delivery of value to the business.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple large-scale projects simultaneously; experience with managing in-house and outsourced development groups to deliver solutions.
• Strong commitment to cross-departmental collaboration and technology interoperability.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College Degree preferred
• 10+ years of executive-level product and technology management in the Media and Entertainment sector across a range of companies including innovative startups and larger enterprises.
