A little bit about our team:

The Brand Partnerships and Syncs Department is responsible for all outreach to brands and advertising agencies, with the ultimate goal of aligning the label, affiliated labels and/or individual or a group of artists with branded campaigns.

Your role:

The Supervisor of Brand Partnerships and Syncs will report directly to the Commercial Services Manager and will be responsible for expanding the exposure of Warner Music Group (WMG) Argentina artists by generating new streams of revenue. We are looking for a well-connected person in the Advertising/ Music industry, with strong relationships with agencies and brands. Someone who can generate additional revenue opportunities for our artists. The person in this role will have daily interaction with clients, team members across WMG departments and stakeholders outside of the company such as: managers, publishers, and publicists, among others.

Here you'll get to:
• Develop WMG Services and Artist presentations to pitch to Brands and Agencies, in coordination with the Marketing Department and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Marketing team and Digital Sales team to integrate appropriate and relevant data in sales pitch.
• Work closely with regional Brand Partnership & Sync teams.
• Schedule regular meetings with different WMG departments to stay in the loop of Artist's developments
• Connect with company's internal departments as well as outside parties included, but not limited to publishers, copyright owners, composers, managers, attorneys etc., regarding brand partnerships, music/tracks clearance, ownership, and financial procedures and fees.
• Research WMG's song rights and clear licenses, copyright provisions, and obtain management approval for use, in close coordination with the regional team.
• Negotiate fees with requesting parties (brand, agencies, networks and other third parties).
• Maintain records of all Brand Partnerships and approved Sync requests.

About you:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Advertising / Consumer Goods Industry.
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Spanish/English fluency (Verbal/written)
• Have experience using storytelling to showcase new ideas and achieve goals.
• Have strong teamwork, organization, and time management skills
• Have experience on metrics, analytics, KPIs.
• Must be fully adept in creating impactful sales tools, decks, artist one-sheets, etc.
• Negotiating skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Tech savvy with deep understanding of current technologies and general market trends

We'd love it if you also had:
• Have 2+ years of music industry experience (publishing or recording)
• Passion for and interest in various music genres
