Job Title: Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
A little bit about our team:
The Tax Department is responsible for the Warner Music Group tax reporting and compliance around the world.
Your role:
• Lead transfer pricing function for company with operations in 50+ countries, providing integral support to tax planning and compliance
• Assist in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies
• Prepare and review annual transfer pricing documentation and agreements, including ongoing maintenance
• Lead global transfer pricing compliance
• Advise local controllers and finance business partners on intercompany policies and provide timely and informed responses to various internal queries regarding transfer pricing matters
• Tax modeling and analysis to support and evaluate intercompany transactions
• Prepare/review technical memoranda in support of transfer pricing planning initiatives
• Recommend, edit and review of intercompany agreements and other documentation for legal drafting
• Supervise and analyze existing and proposed regulatory changes and developments related to US and global transfer pricing and advise on potential business impact
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and internal processes and procedures in relation to transfer pricing
• Develop and manage controversy strategy for local transfer pricing audits
• Optimally connect with advisors in various territories
• Familiar with OECD guidelines, including country by country reporting and Pillar 2
About you:
• 8-12 years of prior relevant tax and transfer pricing experience with a large public accounting firm and/or large multinational corporation
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics; JD or Master's in Taxation/Economics (or similar), preferred
• Knowledge of global transfer pricing regulations, including US
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Excellent written & oral communication
• Analytical experience, running information and presenting appropriate recommendations
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and partners
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
We'd love it if you also had:
• JD, CPA, or Master's in Taxation/Economics (or similar)
• Working experience with a public accounting firm and multinational corporation
This position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.

Salary Range
$165,000 to $175,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
