The Global Strategy team is focused on building and scaling new revenue opportunities, distribution platforms and
global media capabilities for our Media and Content brands. This team plays a pivotal role in creating new and
exciting opportunities for the Media & Content Division of WMX and fulfilling on our commitment to innovation and
scale for our advertising partners.

We're seeking a Sr. Ad operations Manager / Associate Director level who specializes in all facets of OTT / CTV ad
operations. This individual works well in fast-paced environments, communicates well with others, can multitask, and
is eager to be part of a growing company.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years experience in Broadcast & Digital TV ad operations and be well
versed in all facets of digital TV ad operations: Campaign delivery, performance management, reporting and
optimization in addition to ad serving vendor assessments, programmatic and supply management will all be critical
functions of this role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of third-party fill vendors and be well-versed
in negotiations with OTT platform partners to optimize our ad stack and increase yield.

This individual will serve as the resident expert in OTT/CTV within our ad operations organization, working with their
colleagues and counterparts build best practices and shared knowledge as we enhance our cross-platform video
advertising products.

Here you'll get to:
• Create and manage our OTT / CTV ad operations best practices
• Assess & Manage fill partners and 3rd party vendors and manage OTT/CTV programmatic opportunities
• Work with our OTT platform teams to ensure appropriate terms, details, and financials are put in place as it
pertains to advertising rights within each OTT platform.
• Manage campaign delivery, reporting and optimization for all OTT-specific campaigns
• Guide sales process from RFP through delivery of the final IO for OTT / CTV programs
• Manage yield and revenue performance against our OTT channels
• Create internal trainings and best practice materials for the collective ad ops team on OTT / CTV operations
• Create programmatic workflow solutions for OTT/CTV
• Stay abreast on industry trends and best practices including social media, audience targeting, and new
product offerings.
• Manage all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment from post-sale campaign scheduling, ad testing &
implementation through campaign delivery & performance optimizations across OTT.
• Run pre-sale inventory requests and forecasting.
• Conduct daily review of active campaigns. Assess over/under delivery and performance and make any
necessary adjustments
• You will get to create custom packages for our OTT video-based products. This includes forecasting,
projecting and working in tandem with the Head of Revenue Operations and our video team for optimal
media planning.
• Make independent decisions about campaign set ups and make modifications, when needed, to ensure
campaigns success.

Rockstar candidates will:
• Have a background at a Digital video / Broadcast / OTT led organization
• Focused background in digital ad operations with a specific focus in OTT environments: Hulu, Amazon,
Xumo, etc.
• Display a high degree of organization, creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
• Be leaders in OTT & CTV, having created training materials and best practices for digital TV led
organizations.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, when working with team members and clients.
• Analyze and interpret data and draw strategic recommendations across fill partners for the purposes of yield
management and revenue growth.
• Display a high degree of organization, creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
• Be expert project managers with strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
