Digital Operations is a cross-functional team that sits at the center of Warner Music Group within the Artist Services division. We build fan-focused and data-driven e-commerce stores, websites, and email marketing campaigns that deliver our artists' content to millions of fans around the world. We're the backbone of the marketing and e-commerce teams -- providing program and project management, production services, and full stack enterprise solutions while maintaining operational efficiency and scalability.

The Project Manager, E-commerce has a unique role overseeing the development of artists' e-commerce stores as well as platform stability and enhancements. You will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of e-commerce campaigns that will reach millions of music fans around the world and contribute to the success of some of the best and biggest artists. You'll work with a talented and data-driven team of Product Owners, E-Commerce Merchandisers, E-Commerce Store Managers, Digital Designers, UX Designers, Developers, and CRM Managers. Here you'll get to:
• You will manage webstore development, launches and schedules for artists across all labels by creating timelines, gathering requirements from stakeholders and supporting the operations team in building the stores.
• You will manage scope creep through change control, phased delivery, or other methods to ensure projects deliver on time.
• You will be responsible for writing user acceptance criteria and performing user acceptance testing for new features and software capabilities, ensuring that new development enables operational best practices and meets business requirements.
• You will provide support and documentation for technical teams and processes, including system documentation and end-user guides.
• You will create, manage and implement business requirements for both functional and nonfunctional capabilities, working directly with end-users and strategic stakeholders to achieve business needs and goals.
• You will manage projects by providing focus and tactical direction, working with cross-functional teams and driving toward key milestones to deliver new capabilities.
• You will analyze and identify solutions for operational issues and gaps, supporting and enhancing the day-to-day operational model.
• You will manage the e-commerce program's data retention/destruction policies.
• You will oversee the SSL Certificate lifecycle management.
• You will maintain and administer services such as DNS updates and web application firewall configurations.
• You will understand the user experience in each project and ensure the fan journey is seamless.

About you:
• You have 2-4 years of project management or digital marketing experience in an e-commerce environment.
• You have business analysis skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams, and 3rd party vendors.
• You have applied knowledge of Scrum and other Agile project management methodologies.
• You are competent in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gantt Charts, and flowcharts.
• You have experience with e-commerce, CMS and CRM admin interfaces, such as Magento, Shopify, Drupal, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• You have the ability to execute and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• You have a keen sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing atmosphere with flexible priorities and guidelines.
• You are a highly proficient communicator who is able to understand, dissect, and synthesize complex issues and requirements in a creative and entertainment-focused industry.
