ADA Worldwide strives to provide independent artists and label partners with access to the resources, relationships and experience required to share their creative vision with a global audience.

As the independent sales and marketing arm of Warner Music Group, the ADA International team works closely with distributed artists and label partners from the US and overseas to help realize our common goals for promoting music on a global basis while optimizing sales opportunities. The International team sits at the center of ADA, collaborating with the US and international markets, sales, label services, operations, finance, business affairs and the whole of Warner Music Group. We bring in new and exciting music to ADA/Warner from across the globe.

Your role:

This is a unique opportunity to learn the global music business and work across different countries, cultures and languages with exciting artists and label partners from US and overseas. This role is responsible for spearheading strategic international marketing and commerce campaigns, and acting as a liaison between our partners, artists, managers and international affiliates. This role will have the ability to make a meaningful impact on ADA's business worldwide while also developing strong relationships with internal and external partners around the world including across our 50+ WMG/ADA affiliates and licensees. ­­

Here you'll get to:
• Work with label partners and internal stakeholders to advise and execute on streaming strategies across key partners (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Tencent, Deezer, etc).
• Contribute to and work alongside marketing experts using a strong foundation in streaming and data principles to optimize campaigns for ADA artists and label partners.
• Work with both central and local teams to identify new and developing opportunities from around the world.
• Operationalize process of evaluating and communicating data trends in coordination with our team members globally.
• Provide functional guidance and support for our growing commercial team around the world.
• Perform and assemble project analysis/recaps for international releases to maximize consumption.
• Develop and maintain a set of commercial best practices to help guide our commercial teams and partners.
• Keep up to date with music industry trends to create and execute innovative sales concepts.
• Work with the wider international team and organization to help grow the ADA business around the world.

About you:
• Have a strong consumer-based knowledge of the major DSPs and an awareness of regional and local DSPs (other than Spotify, Apple Music, etc).
• Prior experience working in the music industry or with artists, with focus on streaming.
• Possess an analytical mind with the ability to understand and interpret data for actionable recommendations on creative campaigns.
• Be organized and a creative problem solver, able to prioritize efforts across multiple ongoing projects.
• Demonstrate a desire to continue to learn, grow and adapt with the rapidly changing industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and educate our label partners on streaming best practices.
• Have basic skills and knowledge of using third-party tools and analytical platforms.

We'd love it if you also had:
• 3+ years of applicable music industry experience – within international is a big plus but not required.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of any more languages would be a big plus.
• University / Bachelor degree preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
