Job Title: Ingestion Analyst (US), Revenue Processing
A little bit about our team:
Warner Music's Global Service Center Revenue Team collects and consolidates revenue for the company and works with other service center teams to provide best-in-class services to our global Finance labels and affiliates.
Your role:
The Ingestion Analyst will report to the Ingestion Manager (US). You will be part of the Revenue Processing team who are responsible for the ingestion process for US region. The team is responsible for gathering data files, processing revenue, and assuring compliance with contracts across all revenue streams. The team assists affiliates, working across time zones and with many teams across many countries.
Here you'll get to:
• Ingest and validate digital, D2C files in SAP
• Support the global revenue function to review and clear suspense items
• Work closely with Tech to ensure all revenue files are routed/functioning as designed
• Support onboarding process of new DSP (Digital Service Provider) deals and other commercial agreements
• Monitoring ingestion pipelines and troubleshoot delivery failures
• Support the team to deliver performance in line with KPIs and SLAs
About you:
• At least 2 years of experience in digital music operations (ingestion)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of music rights, publishing, and royalty flows is a plus.
We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience in music finance or royalties
• Experience of Business Objects or similar query builders

Salary Range
$31.79 to $35.38 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
