Job Title: Manager, Finance

A little bit about our team:

The Finance team at 10K Projects supports all aspects of financials for the record label including marketing, A&R, revenue, overhead and expense planning, management, and reporting. We partner with all other departments within 10K Projects with regards to making strategic decisions that benefit the company.

Your role:

The Finance Manager will be an integral member of the team, working closely within finance, operations teams, and shared service teams (COE), gaining invaluable exposure to various elements of a music company and exposure to senior management. Everyone on our team has the chance to create a meaningful impact at 10K Projects.

Here you'll get to:
• Manage monthly close, forecast, and create annual budget schedules for revenue and artist expenses
• Work closely with the accounting team in Nashville on monthly close and reviewing of balance sheets
• Run monthly project P&L's and manage project financial tracking
• Participate in special projects and assignments
• Assist in creating monthly management packs
• Prepare and submit corporate templates
• Analyze internal & external partner data to communicate key trends in the distributed music space

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a finance & P&L planning role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, inquisitive, resourceful, self-motivated and independent
• Exceptionally detail oriented, disciplined, and hard-working
• Advanced Excel skills

We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience in the music or entertainment industry
• Experience with SAP
• A passion for music
