Job Title: Manager, Finance
A little bit about our team:
Our Finance team supports all aspects of financials for Rhino Entertainment, as well as Global Catalog initiatives that touch US and UK frontline labels. We're a tight-knit team where you'll gain experience from a variety of backgrounds and have exposure to many areas within company.
Your role:
This position will be responsible for managing all revenue areas for Rhino as well as the One Catalog.
Here you'll get to:
• Budget and Forecast physical, digital and streaming catalog revenues for Rhino and One Catalog
• Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting all other revenue areas for Rhino including MUR, Artist Services, Domestic Licensing
• Forecast specific projects for cross-label titles/segments for on roster and shallow catalog opportunities
• Forecast sales and identify trends for key moments (i.e. viral impacts, etc.), presenting key take aways and visual guides for monthly meetings with executive, sales, and finance teams
• Manage the monthly close process, actualize sales and research sales discrepancies
• Prepare the global release schedule monthly submission in coordination with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Finance Director on the deal modeling process by putting together an initial revenue forecast and key revenue trends for new deal analysis
• Complete KRDB and QDRM forecast uploads
• Work closely with the R&A group; review R&A guidance trends, develop projected catalog trends, apply to forecasts
• Pull and analyze data from various platforms, including but not limited to ATLAS, Tableau, Luminate, SAP
About you:
• Strong decision making, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and ethical maturity, fostering trust, reliability, and collaboration
• Ability to lead, adapt, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure/tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, needed for conveying internal and external communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with preferred experience in SAP and Hyperion
We'd love it if you also had:
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in the Music or Entertainment Industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

Salary Range
$80,000 to $90,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
