Your role:

If you are an Amazing Procure to Pay (P2P) Leader who wants to help build a world-class P2P team within our regional center then keep reading! This position is responsible for the direction and achievement of goals and objectives as well as ensuring an optimal balance between cost, efficiency and service delivery.

Here you'll get to:
• Oversee the delivery and support of P2P business processes, with a primary emphasis on Accounts Payable
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metric reporting for core programs and processes, then monitor the performance of the P2P business process against targets
• Build and strengthen the capabilities of the P2P team by identifying, developing, and overseeing talent within the function
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on continuous improvement, drive process compliance and develop a communication plan to keep cutomers informed about P2P processes, policies and strategy.
• Act as key contact/subject matter resource and point of escalation to all internal and external groups which affect/are affected by the PTP process
• Lead the team in the performance of day-to-day activities
• Provide oversight into the vendor setup, maintenance and engagement process

About you:
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in accounting or a related financial role in a shared service environment
• 8+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience in a high transaction volume organization
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Knowledgeable on front-end systems and all P2P processes
• Experience leading collaborative discussions and working with a diverse team of stakeholders to achieve common goal
• Strong work-ethic, motivated self-starter with effective organizational skills, strong attention to detail who thinks clearly under pressure and proactively seeks out new solutions
• Partnering, influencing, and communication skills to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and work in a fluid environment to meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset vs. responding and resolving issues in the moment

We'd love it if you also had:
• Blended experience between Purchasing Operations and Accounts Payable
• Music or Entertainment Industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Ariba, SAP and S/4HANA preferred
• Working knowledge of general Accounting impacts, SOX/SOC compliance and audit procedures
• Multilingual preferred
