Job title: Director, Office of the CEO

Duties: Assist with high priority and special projects for the office of the CEO. Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations. Lead initiatives that help synthesize data insights and across different company initiatives and projects. Conduct quantitative and financial analysis and conduct ad hoc analyses and presentations for CEO and senior executives. Work with cross-functional teams to help solve strategic and operational problems that are of the highest priority for the CEO and executive team. Develop and maintain budget and operating plan to support relevant programs. Create evaluation frameworks to assess strengths and to identify areas for improvement. Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to prepare strategic presentations. Use presentation software like PowerPoint to develop technically robust and visually compelling presentations, incorporating complex charts, graphs, and diagrams to effectively convey data-driven insights. Conduct comprehensive research, synthesize information, and employ analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, enabling the formulation of sound recommendations. Assist in the implementation of plans, strategies, policies and procedures designed to promote and carry out the goals, objectives, mission, and vision of the organization. Participate in key meetings, take meeting minutes and synthesize information to be shared with key stakeholders. Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties. Work on key strategic communications for the CEO's office. Provide day-to-day operational support to the CEO. Partner with other key stakeholders to create and coordinate Board decks and updates for internal and external meetings and conferences. Project manage various descriptive and diagnostic reporting deliverables, each on independent timelines.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or related. Must have 4 years of experience with: developing strategic communications for executive-level stakeholders and creating and presenting presentations for C-suite executives related to strategic initiatives; using Excel and SQL to conduct thorough data analysis, extract insights, and support decision-making processes; using Tableau and Power BI to create intuitive and informative visualizations, aiding in the effective communication of data insights to stakeholders; applying knowledge of financial modeling to create, interpret, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to drive business strategies; and applying statistical methodologies and leveraging statistical tools to analyze data, draw accurate conclusions, and inform business strategies.
Salary: $191,400/year.
Salary Range
$191,400 to $191,400 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
