Job Title: DIRECTOR, ARTIST RELATIONS & STRATEGY, Warner Music Latina

Why this could be your next big break:

The Director, Artist Relations & Strategy for Warner Music Latina, reports into our VP, Marketing & Artist Strategy; and will be responsible to oversee day-to-day marketing and project management. Our selected candidate must be able to work multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for all marketing activity, including audience development initiatives and long-term projects.

Here you'll get to:
• Supervise the planning, development, strategy and execution of Warner Music Latina's artist projects and releases; and international repertoire to be worked in the US
• Develop with direct reports (Artist Relations & Strategy Managers) current artists' reporting and tracking tools to measure performance
• Work closely with artists and their representatives to define marketing strategy and objectives
• Be in constant communication with Marketing Services to deliver strategic marketing plans with clear objectives; for them to execute
• Provide Digital Account Management with action plans, updates, tool and timely information
• Manage Marketing budget jointly with Artist Relations & Strategy Managers to provide efficient spending
• Weekly reporting to VP, Marketing & Artist Strategy on budget spent and performance of priority projects
• Seek for marketing opportunities to achieve a growth and development to our current artist in the mid and long term
• Ability to have a long term vision within all planned marketing strategies
• Drive progressive marketing campaigns and inspire innovation across the team with an eye towards building new processes to make these campaigns come to life
• Develop best practices and more effective agendas on promotion for Warner Music Latina's artists

About you:
• General market experience
• 6+ years of experience in marketing related positions across record label and music industry
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic marketing partnerships and build process to keep these partnerships moving
• Based in Miami
• Ability to forge excellent internal communication with team members and able to build excellent professional working relationships
• Candidates should be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful

• Understanding of new technology and marketplace powering today and tomorrow's music industry
• Experience in digital marketing, audience development, fan engagement, and analytics
