• Manage vendor relationships: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners for AI and automation technologies and services as needed.
• Communicate impact and progress: Regularly report on the progress, impact, and ROI of AI and automation initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
About you:
• A Strategic Leader with Technical Depth: You have significant experience leading technology or process improvement teams, paired with a deep, hands-on understanding of how modern AI applications are built. You're as comfortable discussing system architecture as you are presenting to executives.
• An Expert in AI-Accelerated Development: You have a passion for leveraging AI not just to solve problems, but to build solutions faster. You have mastery of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor/Windsurf) and can effectively guide a team on rapid development and prototyping workflows.
• Expertise in Modern Stack: You have a strong, practical grasp of the current AI landscape and the modern frameworks used to build full-stack AI applications, including Next.js, React, and Django. Experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph is a big bonus.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Proven Ability to Execute: You have a track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from conception to completion and delivering measurable business results.
• Change management advocate: Experience in driving organizational change and fostering adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design innovative, data-driven solutions.
