Job Title: Chief of Staff, WMG Technology (based in NY)

A little bit about our team:

Reporting to the President of Technology, the Chief of Staff (a newly created role) will be responsible for helping the team run effectively. The role includes two parts:
Operational
• Help establish and use OKRs to drive the efforts
• Work with team on delivering high quality responses to requests
• Drive communication within and outside the team
• Help with optimizing the organizational structure
• Interface with other parts of the WMG business and generally help 'get it done' in this large and strategic team while having a lot of fun.

Strategy
• Help identify and work on key strategic projects partnering where needed with the WMG strategy team.

This role is critical to the success of the team and you will help shape the scope and function as we continue to invest in our Technology team.

About you:
• You smiled when you read ''get it done'' above and know what that means
• You have 5 + years' experience as a Chief of Staff at a top notch tech organization
• You thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity to business challenges
• You initiate vs. wait for requests to come to you
• You have strong operational skills, as well as strategic insights and business acumen
• You are highly analytical and comfortable with data
• You possess meticulous attention to detail
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently

Salary Range
$320,000 to $350,000 Annually

Salary Ranges are included for all NY, California job postings and 100% remote roles where talent can be located. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
