Job Title: Business Product Solutions Lead

Technology is one of the most important parts of our business. Whether it's signing up new artists; ensuring we provide the right data to Spotify, YouTube, and other digital service providers; or helping artists use the latest AI tools and make thoughtful decisions with data-driven insights – technology plays an invaluable role in our success. The Business Product Solutions team at Warner Music Group brings the voice of our artist, songwriter, label, and internal users to our technology teams, and ensures those users understand Warner Music Group's technology products.
Your role:
• Lead a team working with Product teams to shape product strategy, maximize growth for existing tools, features, & products.
• Oversee the creation and execution of go-to-market strategy to drive user satisfaction, understanding, and adoption.
• Shape Product Strategy, maximizing growth for products by prioritizing supporting your team as they synthesize global market feedback based on data and business opportunity
• Be a product suite expert, serving as a consultant for the business teams, and disseminate product knowledge throughout the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to guarantee market readiness, communications, training and support for launches.
• Manage technical issues from the field and provide guidance on resolution to frontline teams.

About you:
• You have 12+ years of experience in product operations, marketing, or management within a music, technology, or consulting company
• You have 5+ years leading and coaching high-performing, motivated teams
• You are a positive, collaborative leader, setting a clear vision, filling leadership vacuums, working across functions and teams, and finding the resources to get the job done. You share responsibility for misses and credit for wins.
• You are a strong influencer, simplifying complex ideas, flexing communication style based on the audience, whether it is execs, engineers or A&Rs. Able to align stakeholders to your strategy/vision with data backed arguments.
• You are deeply curious and create a culture where your team is always learning, and striving to resolve loose ends or flawed logic
• You have a bias to action yet diplomatic. You know when and how to change the rules when necessary, and how to bring cross functional stakeholders along with you for the ride.
• You have a user first mentality, focusing on the user whether that is an artist, fan or internal stakeholder, and care deeply about the Music Industry.

Salary Range
$200,000 to $210,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
