Job Title: Analyst, Portfolio Reporting & Analysis - Product Engineer & AI

The deals office drives the evaluation and structure of all recorded music and music publishing deals to enable long-term growth. We partner with closely with global business leaders to assess opportunities that balance creativity with commercial value strengthening our market position and shareholder value
Your role:
This role ensures Deal Radar provides intuitive interfaces and powerful AI-driven automations that simplify complex workflows and decision-making. It focuses on frontend development, consistent design systems, user experience, and the creation of intelligent agents to enhance daily productivity. This position directly shapes user adoption by delivering clarity, efficiency, and delight within the platform's interfaces and interactions. It ensures that Deal Radar is both user-friendly and analytically powerful, boosting decision-making efficiency across all divisions.
Here you'll get to:
• Develop and maintain the Deal Radar frontend using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Next.js
• Build scalable, composable UI components with clear logic, reusable styling, and strong TypeScript typings
• Own the structure and consistency of the design system: components, patterns, layout logic, and responsiveness
• Implement intuitive user flows across pages such as deal reviews, submission forms, and portfolio analytics dashboards
• Design interfaces that handle complex data structures gracefully, including executive dashboards with real-time data
• Lead frontend code quality: maintain structure, readability, best practices, and separation of concerns
• Review pull requests and participate in architecture decisions to ensure frontend scalability and maintainability
• Connect to backend APIs and validate frontend data schemas to ensure clean contract between frontend and backend
• Implement frontend testing: unit tests for components, integration tests for flows, and visual regression testing
• Collaborate on product UX: gather user feedback, identify friction points, and propose UI/UX improvements
• Monitor frontend performance and debug user-facing issues using tools like New Relic or Vercel analytics
• Develop AI automations, workflows, and agents to drive advanced analytical capabilities
About you:
• You have experience with AI-assisted coding using tools such as Cursor and an intuitive sense of how different LLM models behave.
• You employ an engineering mindset to break down complex problems and architect scalable systems.
• You enjoy designing intuitive user interfaces, including layout, typography, components, animations, color, and style.
• You are passionate about learning new technologies, frameworks, AI trends, and innovative ways of developing software systems.
• You have built basic end-to-end software applications on your own using standard web technologies such as React and FastAPI.
• You have embedded AI workflows in custom user interfaces by leveraging LLM providers such as AWS Bedrock.
We'd love it if you also had:
• Basic knowledge of corporate finance concepts and their associated key metrics.
• Practical DevOps skills, including simple CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and key AWS services.
• Experience building AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, and Model Context Protocol.

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it's essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships.
Salary Range
$90,000 to $95,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
