Job Title: Analyst, Digital Marketing
A little bit about our team:
As part of the Warner Records Research and Analysis team you will help educate, inform, and develop strategies. You will work side by side with other analysts on the team with a primary focus of becoming a subject matter expert on the effects of digital campaigns and marketing and how they impact our Artists' growth and development.
Your role:
The digital world is constantly evolving, and we're looking for someone to keep Warner Records on the forefront of data, trends, and new findings to develop impactful products and brand strategies. Not only will you be presenting and advising the label with various data points, but you will have opportunities to collaborate and support our roster of iconic artists.
Here you'll get to:
• Develop and manage standard reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.)
• Measure, monitor and build KPI's for the department and individual artists
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in social media metrics for the label and rostered artists
• Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis
• Use analytics, metrics, and various technologies/tools to analyze campaign results, successes, and KPIs
• Aggregate standard processes for social media and online platforms
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team in developing strategies for artists and genres
About you:
• Passionate about Music
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Ability to translate data from multiple sources into compelling stories and actionable insights
• Outstanding data visualization skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to craft and build solutions and processes independently
We'd love it if you also had:
• 3+ years of proven experience
• Background in Digital Advertising and/or Digital Marketing
• Music or Entertainment Industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• BI background in: Tableau, Omniture, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Google Data Studio
• Knowledge of Data Sources: Digital Advertising, Social Media Platforms, CRM systems
• Solid understanding of Analytic Softwares: R, SPSS, SAS, Orange
• Proficiency in Data Languages: HTML, JSON, XML, Java, Python, SQL, VBA
Effective October 1st, this position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.

$65,000-75,000 Annually
Salary Range
$65,000 to $75,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
